I like to save beautiful outstanding photos from tumblr simply because it helps me attract more positivity for my future; "the future is yours to create" 100000% true! I've suffered from anxiety, and although people hear it a lot does not make it normal or okay to be "common". However, I started to trick myself into loving everything because a lot of the time when there is anxiety, depression follows too.  I was sorta convincing myself that it's going to be okay and I ended up truly believing it. I noticed I started viewing the world differently which helped me in many ways. Anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, etc. you're not alone and should always seek professional help if it's getting in your way of living. It's not "weird, annoying or dumb" you got this!💞



I had a friend where I would constantly give her advice on how to love life, and the all time favorite phrase to the human race; "it's going to be okay". I would love to hear myself give life changing advice, but I myself needed advice, or to take my own advice at least. There were days I was really happy and days were I was struggling to find something to be happy about. People don't talk about it much, but it's pretty hard for my generation(and younger) to live in the moment. Technology has so many benefits, yet it can control us in ways we never thought were imaginable . That's what made me start blogging, I'm already on social media why not post cute/positive thangsss, maybe it will help, motivate, make people laugh... and have people think I'm a crazy i guess 😀 buuuuut what I'm trying to say is we should all as human beings love life, no matter what because we are here in this world already why not make the best of it? Learn to be happy, learn to attract what you want, learn to be grateful/humble. most of all beYOUtiful. 




My kinda Advice

  • Drink a looooooootttaaaaa water. Water helps you stay hydrated and will have you looking cute gurrrl so why not. (to drink water should be on any advice list)
  • Stay away from negative ppl, when your gut instinct doesn't vibe with someone TRUST IT.
  • Pet a dog, cat etc. Animals are a good source of stress relieve, and if you're not an animal person... can we talk about it?
  • Get yo self a bomb ass massage; YAS
  • Sleep 6-8 hours, very but very important.
  • Exercise is a good stress reliever, and stress is what creates anxiety, depression etc.
  • Get yourself a cute blanket, towel or whateva lay out in the beach, park, backyard and have a technology detox!!!! at least once a week.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others, don't even dare.
  • brush you hair, when you're feeling down and then look in the mirror you're going to feel better if you see your hair put together.
  • Paint your nails, paint a picture, painttttt
  • Write yourself a letter, or if someone is stressing you tf out write them a letter (you don't have to give it to them) 
  • tumblr
  • most importantly don't take you're issues out on your love ones. Yell into the pillow if you feel like you just aint having it
  • Get rid of junk, and do a yard sale, people wanting your "trash" will make you feel powerful (lmfao jk) but what's the point of having things you don't use, sell it girrrrl.
  • clean, because laying down watching tv in a clean room helps you relax way better
  • don't drink coffee if you're having anxiety lately.. trust.
  • LOVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!! TREAT YOURSELF!!!!!!
